He also served as COO of Candidly, a nextgen AI-based, workplace financial wellness, student loan and savings optimization solution where he oversaw the company’s Series A and Series B growth stages. Additionally, Eric was Managing Director, Strategy and Innovation for Prudential Financial where he led multiple strategic growth initiatives across it’s individual and institutional businesses in support of the 40 million households it serviced. He continues to act as a Strategic Advisor to various early stage fintechs. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and economics from Muhlenberg College and an MBA from Seton Hall University. He completed Executive International Studies programs at Seton Hall University and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.Eric’s efforts have earned national recognition including Fast Company’s List of Most Innovative Companies, Forbes Top 50 in Fintech, Inc.
