Create and manage project construction schedules to ensure on-time completions.Manage and direct subcontractors to achieve completion of the project with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.Set-up and maintain an organized, clean job site to ensure safety. Communicate clearly with clients and subcontractors and other colleagues. Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, designers and other co-workers. Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path and timelines.Submit plans and schedule inspections throughout multiple projects.Be physically present on site on a full time basis to monitor progress.Verifies and ensures the highest levels of quality standards.
