These tools significantly lowered support and problem analysis efforts, freeing the team to spend more time on new product features.

Designed and implemented an application to post job announcements and track applicants for a military base ancillary staff job postings web site. Enabled existing HR staff to support additional facilities, provide a better pool of applicants to hiring managers, and improve applicant and application workflow processes. The solution is being used worldwide to record and audit interview notes, reduce the time needed to review and pre-qualify applicants, and automatically produce new hire documentation.
