Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for Friendship Community by identifying a well-qualified, diverse pool of candidates through a variety of methods, including but not limited to, job board postings, advertisements, career fairs, networking events, social media, and employee referrals. Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a pipeline of candidates for entry-level, high-volume, and repeat roles. Responsible for all administrative functions associated with full life cycle recruiting; including, entering candidates' information (as appropriate) into ATS, scheduling phone interviews, onsite interviews, and administering assessments. Collaborate with hiring managers on the type of candidates that would best fit the needs of the department from an education/experience perspective and also from a cultural, soft skills perspective as well. Manage and initiate reference checks, background checks, and onboarding processes for any pending new hires. Collect and analyze information and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, providing valuable input aimed at continuously improving our recruiting efforts; monitor and analyze the competitive environment.
