Accepted a call fto lead and direct an all-volunteer missionary force of approximately 600 missionaries to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and serve the people of southern Arizona and New Mexico. Managed sales opportunities for Oracle’s strategic accounts in the Northwest/Mountain territory. Grew revenue in territory from $0 year prior to over $50 million in new Oracle revenue during tenure. Awarded the Application Deal of the year. Awarded “Against all-odds” award.

Directed ecommerce launch of top funded dot.com site. Increased sales from $0 on website to over $1 Million after six months. Worked with IT, ecommerce Marketing team, and logistic companies to execute plan with a very limited time. Myfamily.com is now Ancestry.com.

Directed teams that managed all software bundled with PC’s and negotiated enterprise contracts with the largest software companies in the world. Created a business called “Micron Additions” that formed a catalog sponsored by vendors to target existing customer base with sales opportunities of accessories, software, warranties, and add-ons to their original computer purchase. Rolled out program to more than 50 sales reps and created ecommerce and order systems to support new shipments. Established relationships with Distributors for direct shipping. Program contributed highest gross margin percentage with the company and a sales run rate of $60 Million.
