Successfully designed and lead delivery on a collection of comprehensive AI driven features throughout a CRM, taking advantage of distributed systems and many of Azure's built in AI functionality.

Heavily focused on an architectural role designing the solutions for new features within our application(s) for others to implement.Lead the technical design, implementation and deployment of a variety of AI features (via Azure's AI offerings) and their workflow implementations within our application.Other roles include: Acting as a liaison between product and development stakeholders helping to solidify requirements and priorities to emphasize predictability. Scrum master (in conjunction with a product owner) ensuring an individual scrum team was successful.Working with leadership to refine development and feature ingestion processes with company-wide impacts.

Manager over 4 development teams (3 on prem, 1 remote) as a part of a product with ~12 development teams. Worked closely with VPs and C-Level execs to streamline the larger processes and development of our application.Primarily focused on defining processes and ensuring stakeholders had their needs met, while allowing transparency and accountability to all involved. Worked closely with a product organization to build a healthy backlog of work for each team. I also worked closely with Quality leadership to ensure that the processes around testing and validating our product were consistent and effective.

Lead the team through a transition from one company to another (QQ Solutions was purchased by Vetafore) - becoming a key role within the new organization and re-focusing on helping individual development of direct reports and others within the company.Successfully transitioned to a team within a larger scaled agile environment, allowing for successful integration and focus on our product as a part of the company's portfolio.

Lead the reimplementation of a desktop application to become one of first cloud based CRMs within the Azure ecosystem. Bulit wholly on the Microsoft stack (ASP.net MVC, C#, and SQL server). Hosted in Azure and developed to be highly scalable, performant and available application.I was also a key contributor to the implementation of agile methodologies and the process in which we defined the roles within the company (scrum master, product owners, product managers, etc) allowing us to become a predictable and efficient software development team, leading to an eventual buyout.
