New experience gained in Salesforce mainly, which involved a variety of data entry, along with the creation and use of text expanders, and additional experience with MS Excel.I was part of a summer project that processed 3,000+ product orders from the Taiwan Board of Education. In slow order periods, I proceeded to assist in small processes of daily full-time account service specialists, such as assigning accounts and/or opportunities in Salesforce to cases and also sending activation code's to our customers.

As a Package Handler, I load and occasionally unload 1,000+ packages into and out of trailers. At least once a week I am asked by the manager to help load at a different loading dock. This can be stressful, but many times there will be a loading dock that receives a lot more packages than the others, and when I go over to work on those ones there definitely isn't a lack of work. There is a lot of things to be aware of while working at this job due to the many moving parts around you. If you lose attention for even a split second you could end up getting hit in the head with a package. I have learned to do my job efficiently while remaining safe and keeping the managers happy.

I had worked in this postition for four summers. This job is completely physical but demands close attention to detail and quick flexibility. There were many things to maintain around the city and I helped wherever needed. I mowed grass, weed whipped around signs, sprayed weeds, helped in paving streets, had daily morning meetings, and many other various small jobs. I had to be very independent in this job as we were expected to drive around the city and get things done without getting checked up on constantly. We were expected to stay busy no matter what; if it was raining outside we cleaned trucks inside. There was always something to do.
