• Conduct Risk Review and Monte Carlo Analysis, Cash Flow Management, and Client Reporting.
• Authored CB&I’s report to International Trade Commission regarding anti-dumping investigation of Korean manufactured Large Power Transformer.

• Negotiated, managed, & led the execution of Purchase Orders for the construction of 2 new domestic AP1000 Nuclear Power Plants (Combined $20B construction cost).
• Successfully issue & execute PO’s valued at $60M on an annual basis with the largest single PO in excess of $10M.
• Successfully secured Nuclear Grade dedication services for the “first of its kind” waterproof membrane to be placed under the nuclear reactors. This purchase order has withstood numerous audits from the Nuclear.
• Successfully negotiated the division of material supply for concrete between the two largest suppliers in the US (CB&I was the second largest client behind the South Carolina DOT).
• Negotiated firm pricing for electrical commodities for up to 18 months vs. typical of 60 days.
• Tasked as the Buyer for the most complicated purchases with the longest lead times (80+ week lead times).

• Directed the Nuclear recruiting team, consisting of 12 Recruiters & Recruiting Assistants, in the execution of an aggressive, multi continent recruiting initiative to address the human capital needs during the.
• Managed the Recruiting team to the successful hiring of 400+ Nuclear Professionals in10 months for both domestic & international assignments in China, Hong Kong, & United Kingdom.
