I serve as the elected Township Supervisor. Township government is grassroots government, the closest level of government to the people. By statute, three services are to be provided by townships: a general assistance program to qualifying residents, property assessment, and maintenance of township roads and bridges. General assistance at the township level provides immediate help to the destitute, according to local standards and needs and with local dollars. Accurate property assessments provide income through tax levies for all local governments.

Property Management People, Inc operated as a boutique property management company serving rental property owners in the Champaign-Urbana area. Our full service management company provided marketing, lease administration, inspection, maintenance coordination, and accounting services. In late 2013, Property Management People, Inc. partnered with Alan Nudo to launch Condo Management People LLC. Condo Management People offered condominium management services to condo and homeowners associations in Champaign-Urbana. Property Management People provided accounting services while Alan managed the relationship with our clients and coordinated maintenance.

As a Parkland College Community Education Instruction, I introduced adult students to the sport of sailing by teaching safe sailing basics through Parkland College. I worked as a Group Lead on the management team within the Business Operations division at the Champaign, IL office. My group implemented the company's proprietary billing software at a major telecommunications client. I designed auditing procedures for data processing and supervised an auditing team to ensure our billing software was billing correctly. I interfaced with the client and worked closely with the the development and testing teams as they fixed issues with the software.

I worked on the Oracle Financials team within the Business Consulting practice. Our team Implemented accounting software and I specialized on the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable modules. We traveled and worked alongside our clients as we implemented, tested, and trained end users. We worked closely with the development team to solve problems and customize a solution to fit the needs of our client.
