As Director of Technology and a member of the district's leadership team, I was responsible for all technological resources that support education, administration, and communication. My responsibilities included management of the District's network, wireless technologies, district data, client-server and cloud-based applications, managing vendor relationships, developing and executing an updated technology plan, establishing procedures and protocols for technology use, developing and managing the IT budget, and supervising staff. I leveraged over $1.5 Million in technology through federal, local & grant funds to transform the district into an innovative technological learning environment.
