• Responsible for company-wide gathering and organization of pharmacological and diagnostic test results, preclinical experimental data, and the integration of medical test data with a chemical structural database (which I also administered).• Implemented Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) across all therapeutic areas to improve efficiency and reliability of data analysis. Project manager and team lead for implementation of Biobook ELN for data input, storage and analysis with deployment across multiple medical subspecialties varying from Ophthalmology, Immunology, Toxicology, Endocrinology, Cardiology and Oncology. Designed and deployed associated data dictionary/catalog and querying tools for data warehouse with reporting.• Programmed data analysis protocols that removed hours of manual employee analysis times experienced under prior non-optimized protocols provided by the commercial software vendor.

Data capture began with High Throughput Screening (HTS), progressed to medicinal chemistry and finally to in vivo analysis for lead compound development. Worked directly with ADME/TK groups developing assays to analyze and store pre-clinical compound toxicological data.• Created computer software templates for animal diagnostic tests for neurological pharmacology investigations, and in vivo assays for biomarker analysis in animal gastrointestinal tracts.
