-Develop and lead a school-based model for College and Career Centers (CACCs). The CACCs provide direct student and family support on the college and career process including college applications, FAFSA applications, scholarship applications, resume development, work readiness skills, youth apprenticeships and support of Academic and Career Planning-Serve as project manager, collaborating across the district, for the successful opening of 21 school-based College and Career Centers in August of 2017-Supervise 15 College and Career Advisors, a Secretary and Data Assistant-Develop and manage fiscal responsibility for a $1.5 million budget, including multiple grants exceeding $500,000-Facilitate the development of a comprehensive data collection and assessment process to measure the success of the school-based College and Career Centers-Provide leadership for district-wide initiatives related to college and career readiness, including FAFSA completion and partnerships with local higher education institutions and community partners-Serve as an active and engaged leader in the Milwaukee Succeeds Goal 3 and M-Cubed Goal 1 project groups on Summer Melt and other postsecondary completion projects in Milwaukee

-Created, led and strengthened comprehensive student success and first year experience programs and services for 4,000 first-year students and 3,000 transfer and returning adult students including a resource center, retention initiatives, peer mentoring program, common reading experience, learning communities, assessment, MAP-Works, academic early warning system and new student orientation programs- Supervised five professional staff, eight Graduate Assistants, one Math instructor and 100 student mentors- Oversaw all new student transitional programming efforts including New Student Orientation, Family Orientation, Transfer and Adult Student Orientation and Fall Welcome- Developed and co-coordinated the Lawton Program, a scholarship and student success initiative for 1000 upperclass students of color - Maintained fiscal and ethical responsibility for a budget exceeding $1.5 million- Assisted with coordination of Access to Success programs and services and lead campus-wide discussions on first to second year persistence and increasing graduation rates, including convening the Graduation and Retention Working Group and planning professional development sessions- Implemented and expanded campus efforts in learning community development for new students, including faculty and course development; peer mentor inclusion; marketing and student registration process; learning outcomes development and assessment- Collaborated with University Housing in development of 28 Living Learning Communities including course development, course registration, assessment and marketing efforts - Coordinated efforts and led redesign of six Summer Bridge programs serving approximately 500 students including the development of a developmental math program, community engagement sessions, marketing, instructor supervision and assessment

- Led and managed residential life for 1,800 students in eight residence halls including residence education, policy and procedure development, room assignment process, staff selection and development, internal/external department relations and general administration- Maintained fiscal and ethical responsibility for budget exceeding $1.5 million- Supervised two Assistant Directors, two Residence Hall Coordinators, four Assistant Residence Hall Coordinators, one Administrative Assistant, six full-time Desk Receptionists and 42 Resident Assistants- Served on three person leadership team coordinating all transitional programming efforts including Summer Orientation, Welcome Weekend, Transfer Student Orientation and Spring New Student Orientation- Assisted in selection and development of $30 million apartment/retail complex and all facets of $35 million in residence hall renovations- Managed Residence Life conduct system, Crisis Response and served on Student Life Conduct Team hearing non-residence life conduct cases- Coordinated departmental assessment including Council for Advancement of Standards, Quality of Life Survey, Monthly Focus Groups and Staff Performance Evaluations- Presented consistent and enthusiastic message of Residence Life and Student Life, serving as representative and panel moderator at all Admissions events - Served as Student Life representative on the Council of Administrative and Academic Departments and on the Higher Learning Commission Accreditation Criterion 3 and 4 committees- Developed and facilitated a Safe Zone LGBTQ Ally Program with three students for the university
