$2 billion dollar 310 mgd Newtown Creek Water Pollution Control Plant upgrade project.Project work included the construction of a new north battery consisting of grit removal facilities, aeration and settling tanks, and return activated sludge pumping stations. Installation of new process air blowers and construction of the main air header between the blowers and aeration tanks.Contractor and inter-agency coordination, supervision of schedule development, management of Submittal, Change Order, and Request for Information databases, preparation and dissemination of project meeting minutes and overall document management.

Project work included the gut rehabilitation of multi-family apartment buildings within the Harlem community. Worked with various agencies including the NYC Housing Partnership, Department of Housing Preservation & Development, Neighborhood Housing Services, and Community Preservation Corporation to provide apartments for middle income New Yorkers.Responsibilities included inter-agency coordination, scope of work development, bid solicitations and contract management, requisition reviews, change order requests, contractor scheduling, field inspection, cost estimating and overall project coordination.

Project work included the ongoing gut rehabilitation of single family homes within the Roosevelt, Long Island community under the auspices of the federally sponsored HOME Program.Served as the Construction Coordinator for the 56,000 s.f. Freeport/Roosevelt Health Clinic.Program responsibilities included the development and administration of the Town of Hempstead Roofs in Roosevelt affordable housing program including proposal development and presentation; development and implementation of affordable housing policy initiatives. Further responsibilities included executive interagency coordination and program oversight.Specific project responsibilities included scope of work development, bid solicitations and contract management, requisition processing, change order processing, constructability reviews, contractor scheduling, field inspection, cost estimating and overall project coordination.

Responsibilities included the review of all applications submitted to the Office of the Manhattan Borough President pursuant to Section 197-c of the City Charter (the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure - ULURP) relating to requests for changes in the City Map, selection of sites for public facilities, zoning changes and special permits. Responsibilities also included inter-agency coordination for Manhattan infrastructure projects, construction oversight and resource allocation reviews for various city funded housing development programs.

Construction inspection for the $110 million infrastructure rehabilitation of Grand Central Terminal in midtown Manhattan, the principal point of rail access for passengers from regions north of New York City, for Metro-North Railroad Project responsibilities included construction supervision activities, coordination of track outages and force account scheduling, constructability reviews, mechanical/electrical coordination with existing and future interfaces, alternative option cost estimating and impact analysis, field inspection and testing. Additional responsibilities included the coordination of existing utility relocations with outside New York City agencies, Quality Assurance and Safety program review, and asbestos and lead abatement coordination for the projects listed below.Project Controls responsibilities included assembly and management of consultant invoicing to the client, supervision of schedule development, maintenance and monitoring activities, creation and management of Change Order, Submittal and Request for Information databases, preparation and dissemination of project meeting minutes and overall document management.
