Prior to legislation, ASUCSB Policy prohibited student fees from being used to support veterans transitioning from military to civilian lifestyles. • Secured an MOU between ASUCSB and the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs guaranteeing on-campus student healthcare for the next generation of UCSB students.• Liberated over 1.4 million dollars locked in suspense accounts for students groups to use, while solving a $641,000 deficit.

• Oversaw the implementation of new modular training programs for student leadership. Student leaders must be educated on topics such as intercultural awareness, parliamentary procedure, and the usage of student fees.
