Within the newly created Spirits Business Unit (0.6 bn€ Sales, overseeing 6 Brands with production facilities in the United States, Poland, UK, Cuba and Mexico), the position is articulated around 5 axes: - Co-led 2 New Business Development projects, with 1st class third party partners: negotiated a multi $10m supply contract; build price positioning and 10 years Business Plan by exploring the consumer/trade white space; proposed strategic portfolio architecture- Actively participated in Mergers and Acquisitions: partner search, business & opportunity analysis, due diligence, relationship with owners- CFO of the business unit, driving high level performance (profit x2 and margin +6pts vs 2019).
