Launched ShopQueer.co, an independent LGBTQ+ bookstore that splits its profits with authors. Bootstrapped the company to $1M in revenue in 2023. Raised $200k+ to launch the Rainbow Book Bus, a traveling queer bookmobile with the mission of fighting against book bans. In March 2024, the Rainbow Book Bus had its first national tour, traveling from Arizona to Florida to donate 7,000 books to queer communities in need.

Pitched, sold, and produced THE BOOK OF QUEER (now streaming on Max), a TV series with the largest LGBTQ+ cast in television history. With two other EPs, oversaw cast and crew of 150, negotiated talent deals, and deployed multi-million dollar budget. We were nominated for six Emmys––and walked away with one!

Wrote The Deviant’s War: The Homosexual vs. the United States of America, published by FSG. NYT Bestseller, finalist for the Pulitzer Prize, Randy Shilts Award for best Gay Nonfiction, NYT Editors' Choice, and "Best Read" at the Queerties.
