I have a proven track record of leading global teams and initiatives in real-world evidence (RWE), health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and market access for transformative health technologies, especially in cell and gene therapy, precision medicine, medical devices, and diagnostics.Most recently, as the Global Vice President of Real-World Evidence and a member of the Global Value and Access Executive Team at Novartis Gene Therapies, I developed and executed evidence and access strategies for the company's portfolio of products, spanning more than 35 global markets. I led the RWE team responsible for building an integrated rare disease registry and evidence engine in spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), connecting existing registry partners across four continents. I also conceptualized the RWE evidence development strategy aligned to address key unmet evidence needs, support patient access, and enable RWE-based publications.
