He has a vision to create a reality of affordable housing for renters across the country, by enabling them to share the loan and the ownership of their dream homes.Eric has a diverse and entrepreneurial background, with multiple citizenships and family roots in different continents. He holds a BS in Construction Engineering with minors in Architecture and Finance from the University of Washington, Seattle, where he also won two U.S. rowing national championships. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator, and LEED Accredited Professional in Sustainable Building Design and Construction. He has managed multi-billion dollar projects with Swinerton Builders, worked with Christie's International Brokerage, and started a successful real estate company before launching Cher. Eric has been featured on Forbes, CBS, and other national publications for his innovative and collaborative approach to real estate.
