OBE is a first real time online brand awareness tool in APAC region. Duties and tasks: • Provide OBE campaign planning recommendations/product insights to clients.• Created training PPT slides/process documents for client to use.• Providing digital industry insights to internal sales/research teams.• Troubleshoot campaign delivery and technical issues with our customers, ad serving vendors, 3rd party technologies, other rich media and internal departments.• Guide clients through the tag categorization and generation process utilizing our externally facing tool.• Ensure the data breakouts match clients marketing objectives.• Working with ad ops teams and account managers at leading publisher, agencies, ad networks, and brands
