Manage community engagement platform (AEM) for OCLC's Metadata Services products, OCLC's largest business line. Coordinate product staff responses to enhancement requests from customers. Provide expertise and writing talent to marketing, communications, sales, product colleagues to assure the delivery of appropriate, accurate information through the right industry channels. Lead the conception and delivery of events (face-to-face and virtual) to keep customers aware of the latest product/service developments and informational sessions that relate customer stories and/or shed light on current topics of interest related to metadata and digital access management. Provide key community engagement support to metadata-related OCLC special projects/pilots (e.g., Mellon-funded Structured Entity Management Infrastructure, CONTENTdm Linked Data Pilot, Project Passage). Appointed OCLC Liaison to VIAF Council (the advisory body -- which includes 30+ major national libraries -- for the Virtual International Authority File). Serve as a metadata standards subject matter expert within the Membership and Research Division and for OCLC, its members, and partners. Results: Delivered key events (including in FY2020 a face-to-face event with 13 sessions in two-tracks for 100+ customers & a virtual session with 1300 registrants and nearly 1000 attendees). Spearheaded various improvements to the metadata communities and enhanced our support for pilot communities. Received recognition for my work to facilitate 5 satellite meetings for the IFLA WLIC 2016 (4 occurred on two adjacent days on OCLC's campus).
