On November 1st, the parent company of Mendelssohn Commerce, ICECORP was forced into bankruptcy. Our Mendelssohn Commerce team, of their own volition continued moving shipments and materials during that day to ensure that there were no client service failures. Our Mendelssohn Commerce team stuck together and were hired en mass by North American Logistics Services Inc. (NALSI). On Wednesday November 1st, 2017 ICECORP Inc declared bankruptcy. ICECORP Inc. was the parent company of Mendelssohn Commerce. The family of individuals who made up the Mendelssohn Commerce team have all agreed to accept an offer of employment from North American Logistics Services Inc. The transition period will take place over the next 7 days.The Mendelssohn Commerce name has been a trusted name in the event logistics field since first opening for business in 1972. Today is another milestone in it’s history and one that we will move on from. Mendelssohn has always had a dedicated team of professionals who believed in the family they were and their ability to deliver outstanding service to their clients.
