Eric Chow, MBA, serves as Associate Director, Graduate Career Strategist in support of all Specialized Masters students. He is the career liaison for the MS Business Analytics program. He is passionate about helping students become the authors of their own career and life journeys through the practice of design thinking and lean startup. As a lifelong Californian and child of immigrants, he is an advocate of international education and global career development. Eric specializes in helping students achieve success in the context of Digital Transformation and the Future of Work. He often advises individuals to embrace change to manage challenges and opportunities resulting from the forces of globalization and technological innovation. Prior to joining Graduate Career Services, Eric was the Workforce of the Future Lead for Dassault Systèmes, Asia Pacific South, a leading global 3D design and engineering software firm. There, he partnered with universities, government agencies, and industries of Southeast Asia and Australia to educate and train the students and workers for the 4th Industrial Revolution. Eric previously served as the first Associate Director, USC Marshall Randall R. Kendrick Global Supply Chain Institute from 2015-18 where he led career advising, employer outreach and corporate relations activities. Eric earned an MBA from USC Marshall School's Global Executive MBA program as well as a certificate of completion in global business from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Antai College of Economics and Management. He has BA degrees in English and Political Science from USC. His personal interests include playing sports, (basketball, golf), learning martial arts, reading, enjoying gastronomy, and travel.
