As the Corporate Training Liaison for the Minneapolis office I coordinated specialized training sessions which included catering, logistics, multimedia setups and record keeping. I assisted in the training of new employees on the practices and procedures of the position. Often ran point for the project support team on various high-profile projects. I produced, edited and provided quality assurance of classified drawings and documents for numerous time-sensitive projects. Conducted follow-ups with engineers, managers, and clients to ensure all project deliverables exceeded expectations. Assisted engineers and project managers in the production of business proposals and presentations for corporate clients. Scheduled meetings, made travel arrangements, coordinated catering, screened calls, ordered supplies, maintained calendars, and processed expense reports.
