Overseeing all guest-facing operations and experiences of the Strasburg Rail Road, including Ticketing/Station operations, Retail, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment.

Responsible for the management of the Station Department, which has influence over all guest-facing aspects of the Strasburg Rail Road and is directly responsible for producing $9.5 million annually and has influence over the production of another $2 million. Oversees and manages 30+ direct reports including the Assistant Stationmaster, Lead Station Agents, Ticket Agents, Red Caps, Car Hosts, and Value Added personnel. Coordinates with the off-site hired call center, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (Bureau of Ride Management), and Strasburg's Operations Department. Oversees ticket sales and processing, front-line customer service, staff schedules, special projects, and general office duties related to the Station Department. Oversees and directs the marketing efforts in partnership with our ad agency while striving to maintain the high-quality Strasburg Rail Road brand through guest experiences, social media, and other marketing opportunities. In conjunction with the Assistant Stationmaster, serves as a group sales logistical and sales representative. Minority shareholder within the Strasburg Rail Road Company.

Responsible for the daily operations and management of the customer service and front line Station personnel at the Strasburg Rail Road--America's oldest continuously operating railroad and second busiest heritage/tourist railroad in the United States. (The Strasburg Rail Road's annual visitation is over 300,000 guests.) Oversees the monthly Ticket Agent and Red Cap schedule. Handles customer service issues, general and special event ticket creation and online implementation, special projects related to passenger operations, and general office duties related to the Station department.

The Journal of the Lancaster County Historical Society (JLCHS) has been published continuously since 1896. Early years of the Journal were called Papers Read before the Lancaster County Historical Society and consisted of published versions of papers read during monthly meetings of the historical society. The subject matter of the journal is the history and biography of Lancaster County. Today, the journal is issued quarterly and consists of articles written by both scholars and layman on these same themes. A subscription to the journal is a benefit of membership.
