I scheduled Officers to cover required shifts and oversaw general work activities. I trained new Officers and provided ongoing direction. During my time at Millstone I developed a new Field Training program in order to assist new officers after graduating Academy. This program was implemented by the client and I was eventually promoted to FTO Unit Coordinator. In this position I coordinated the work activities of the 24 FTO's assigned to the unit.I received several officer recognition awards during my eight plus years with the Dept. including one for an investigation I conducted into a possible sabotage of a sensor, vital to safe shutdown equipment of the reactor.
