As a student worker in the Intercultural affairs office, I plan and administer multicultural events to promote understanding and celebrate diversity. I am also responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. I organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Intercultural Affairs (ICA) Office. I am responsible for researching each state’s legal remedies offered to former criminal offenders. I also draft articles related to these topics while assisting the attorneys with legal research.
