Management and oversight of the official University of Minnesota identification office, an enterprise-level service provider to the University's 60,000+ students, faculty, staff and guests.

Responsible for all student assignments and room and board billing department. Met with parents and students and assisted with the housing application and assignment process. Coordinated room selection process for returning students. Worked with U of M web development to create, test, and publish the web-version of the housing application process and contract book. Worked with conference groups and the Conference Coordinator to assign conference groups to University housing spaces during the summer months.

Responsible for all aspects of the Conference operation program - recruited groups to the university, organized events for various camps and events, coordinated housing and dining options for groups that visited at all times of the year. Oversaw the operation of the University Guest Wing which offered hotel-style guest housing at all times of the year and campus-wide summer group housing which hosted camps and other conference groups in the summer. This position also was responsible for room assignments and billing of all student housing during the academic year.

Responsible for all aspects of conference management for groups and events that utilized campus facilities for summer term and academic term events. Coordinated housing, dining, meeting space logistics, and all other aspects of the conference programming for the university. Also served as Residence Hall Director or Oak and Linden Halls that offered regular student housing.

Developed customized training materials and provided classroom and individual training programs for clients in the petrochemical, electrical power production and distribution, and other industries.

Supervised nightly fulfillment operation of 500,000 square foot electronics store warehouse serving 100 stores in Northern California. Managed merchandise picking process, loading of trucks and coordination of drivers.

Provided logistics oversight at two 525,000 sq. foot retail distribution centers (Plano, Texas and Hayward, California). Managed incoming freight (both container and domestic traffic), inspection, sorting and distribution to 100+ stores. Promoted and transferred to Hayward Processing Center which was a specialized distribution center.
