As IBM Service Manager responsible for all services delivered to PhilipsConsumer Electronics in the Asia Pacific region under the globaloutsourcing contract between Philips and IBM.Managing the contracted delivery of services as governed by the agreedSLA and KPI.Services include ERP, Network, Desktop and help-desk outsourcing.Help-desk facilities include the IBM Global Help-desk in Zoetermeer andthe Chinese help-desk located at the IBM Taiwan Office.
