Communicating with everyone involved encompasses issues from scheduling to website uptime to ROI.Managing multiple projects and business locations provides opportunities to solve a variety of physical and technological problems. I tap into my work experience and UW-Madison education to balance each solution with the complexity of the problem.I created a business from the ground up from selling my 1st item in 2006 for $75 to gross sales of $1.4 million in 2013. Over 5,600 customers throughout several mid-west states rely on my infrastructure, strategy, and culture that is required for stability and growth.I enjoy creation and excel at fostering growth, flexibility, and understanding the issues that scalability can create.In the future I hope to continue to fit each problem with the correct solution through the use of technology as well as innovation and have the opportunity for the *happy* by-product of personal growth.
