Established in 1952, Adams Automatic, Inc. has built a reputation for quality machined parts, delivered on time, at a competitive price while communicating with our customers throughout the process. Our line of CNC turning and milling equipment allows us to produce quality parts efficiently. As a job shop we have experience in a variety of materials such as; carbon steels, brass, bronze, aluminum, stainless steels, and plastics. Our parts serve in multiple industries including; hydraulic valve, gas and oil, valve, pneumatic valve, pneumatic tooling, electronics, heavy equipment, fasteners, and more. At Adams Automatic, Inc. we can turn up to 2" diameter bar stock and up to 6"diameter chucking. Our CNC lathes including live tooling allow us in some cases to eliminate operations to produce a more complete part quickly and efficiently. Our CNC milling, drilling and tapping machines have 10,000RPM spindles with a fast chip to chip time for quick cycles. A variety of work holding and fixtures assist in producing complete milled parts or secondary machining services to fit our customers needs.
