My team is responsible for all aspects of vendor engagement under the Corp. Compliance umbrella. This includes sourcing opportunities, RFX, vendor selection, contract negotiation, risk assessment (new and ongoing), and performance review.In addition to these responsibilities we oversee a number of ongoing administrative functions/programs and projects in collaboration with BNPP affiliates, Corp Real Estate, and HR.

Worked in tandem with sales teams in over 300 branches to close deals. Advised on sales process. Coached and mentored team members. Identified opportunities to improve sales process and facilitated implementation. Established process and led group tasked with auditing and re-filing multiple years of loan origination documents. Led expansion of new inbound customer service call center.• Increased percentage of approved loans closed in assigned territory from 67% to 81% during tenure, average time from approval to ready-to-close went from 36 to 23 days.• Led project resulting in federal regulatory approval for acquisition that effectively doubled bank footprint.• Integrated tribal knowledge of first wave call center reps into a codified system that saw new hires go from average of 90 days to reach acceptable KPI’s to fewer than 30. Average call time decreased from 5 minutes to 3 (on par with best in industry).

Reviewed customer profiles in the recently acquired WaMu home equity line of credit portfolio to ensure credit quality and ability to repay. Analyzed records for any material changes in FICO, debt-to-income, or loan-to-value. Made final determination as to whether modification to HELOC was necessary.

Internal consulting role. Team was tasked with implementing fast paced, data driven change with quantifiable results within and across all areas of the organization. • Streamlined process for customer dispute resolution for all five of WaMu’s lines of business. Reduced customer complaints by 38% companywide, 60% in frontline retail. • Led audit of debit/credit card services processes related to capturing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) information.

Launched online lending platform. Led 5 sales reps for pilot program. Was responsible for a collective of over 500 applications on a month in, month out basis. Accountable for site updates, sales strategy, ensuring success of rapidly expanding frontline digital footprint. Coached new employees on establishing a process to perform. Collected data to identify patterns of most effective sales tactics.• Team closed $14.8mil per month in closing on average against a target of $10mil, beating quota by 32% (team consistently in top 15% despite being pilot program).• Partnered with legal department for re-design of trust verification documents and associated process. Changes resulted in closing time for properties held in trust to decrease from over 60 days on average to less than 30.
