National digital production lead for the MARS brand portfolio, SAP, Campbell’s, American Red Cross. Project scope definition/budget management. Risk mitigation, resource management, process definition. Managed a team of producers working across 10-15 clients. Led project setup and mentored producers on an average of 25-50 concurrent projects. Led hiring of new producers. Partnered with in-house and external vendors to produce cross-channel marketing content. Introduced new vendor relationships with a focus on cost efficiency and streamlined delivery; built processes with production vendors based locally and off-shore.Produced a lot of awesome ad campaigns 😊

Made the switch to project management. Client-facing project manager on the production of websites, web-based campaigns, and social media strategy for clients including Revlon, Movado, Elizabeth Arden, Rodale, Standard & Poors, Hershey, Northern Trust, and WisdomTree Investments.

Sharpened my web development skills, met some amazing people - before realizing I didn't really want to be a web developer 🙂. Worked mostly in HTML/CSS/Javascript. Provided front-end web development for a variety of projects, mainly on the Sprint/Nextel business.
