As patent counsel I managed the company IP portfolio including filing patents on our proprietary AI tech, registering trademarks, and setting company IP policy. A fantastic experience early in my career, Insight opened my eyes to design thinking, user experience (UX), rapid prototyping, and product development methods. Working with management, IT, engineers and designers to build out their 50,000 sqft headquarters, I led work crews redefining the office space and prototyping lab, in addition to working in the lab on developing new product prototypes.
