Contract Surety- Perform analytical evaluations of financial statements on both a static and trend basis to determine the present and historical financial position of the account as appropriate. - Underwrite to monitor financial position of the risk via pursuit and analysis of financial statement and related information.- Correspond with CPAs, bankers, lawyers, architects, engineers and subcontractors to secure additional underwriting detail, as necessary, to assess risk on preliminary and ongoing basis.- Develop/maintain strong relationships with agents/brokers and oversee a book of Surety business within defined territory/product line.

- Assisted underwriters with various tasks including gathering loss runs and helping complete business plans.- Assisted with data entry and rate testing in association with Unicover Transformation project.- Worked with Underwriting Managers and Large account underwriters on loss verification for large accounts.- Reviewed daily claims activity and Large claim review.
