(Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Tumblr) • Create and maintain relationships with various suppliers, customers, and social influencers.

Marketing / Private Label• Create flyers, business cards, mockups, final versions of artwork and in-store signs for Island Water Sports products, upcoming events, sales, etc.• Develop website images, logos, visual merchandise with the use of Adobe Illustrator. • Enforce brand policy management to uphold the quality of the Island Water Sports brand. • Photograph or create high-quality digital mockups for all products and adding them to the web as well as social media accounts, maintaining customer engagement.• Constantly sourcing new products and manufacturers, using Alibaba as well as local firms to find the best quality product for the most logical price points. • Required to run monthly sales reports via Lightspeed Analytics to calculate commission, keep up with low stock items and re-ordering products based on sales.

E-Commerce / Production• Product catalog onboarding, marketplace feed & product pricing management as well as monthly reporting.• Create and manage product listings, add/edit product photos, descriptions, pricing & availability using magneto. Finding and fixing ASIN mismatches within amazon. • Create automation rules, integrate and apply shipping templates to products to ensure smooth transactions throughout all information systems. • Update any information including UPC’s and product SKU’s into Lightspeed POS and optimize these listings in our Amazon Marketplace.• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure product campaigns are accurately promoted and visual merchandising is upheld to standards Shipping / FBA• Pick, pack, and ship online orders using web-based shipping software Shipstation, which is integrated with online marketplaces.• Manage and process all return merchandise authorizations approved by Amazon as well as adjusting our internal inventory system. • Proactively identify problem orders, providing customer service when necessary over the phone, online chat and support ticket software.• Monitor and investigate possible fraudulent orders through Signifyd. • Track and maintain all inventory scheduled to ship through Seller Fulfilled Prime.
