The initiatives resulted in reduced risk in managing vendors and better understanding and control of operating expenses. (BPM, PPM, Vendor Management, Financial Transformation, Business Intelligence)- Led strategic initiatives for the operations group that resulted in better control and a new scalability model to plan headcount growth based on volume demand. Designed financial processes and business intelligence for a portfolio of critical projects in operations that increased control, improved efficiency and scalability and resulted in saving operations FTEs.

Led a 2-year program that allowed the CIO and senior leadership at American Express to better optimize their technology spend and establish a robust portfolio and program management office. The program was launched as a result of a comprehensive assessment of the Single AR program mandated by the CEO. (PPM, PMO, Business Intelligence, Vendor Management, Organizational Design, BPM)
