A continuation of my Finance and Real Estate Associate rotational program where I was offered a full time position after completing the program. This work required:- Developing estimates to be presented to our client for purchase determination- Coordinating with estimators to ensure we met due diligence deadlines- Analyzing and documenting Home Inspections to ensure that all issues with each property were addressed.- Fielding calls from Quality control to input into our system to allow for our client to have regular updates on each of their properties.

This role required multi-tasking, time management and exceptional customer service skills. Working in a retirement community I established relationships with many of the residents on a nightly basis. Service was usually managed within our teams of servers for the night and time management as well as team management was a must to ensure that all residents received meals within a timely fashion.
