I have been doing digital marketing (paid search, SEO, paid social, display, content, promotional, and branding) for 15 years. I got my start in the industry as an SEO copywriter during my last semester of undergrad school. At the time, I was building a website as my capstone project and my curiosity got the best of me as I thought about how people would find this new website of mine. This is where my passion for digital marketing and building an online presence began and it has only continued to grow! I quickly learned the ways of PPC/SEM and SEO and soon became a full-time Paid Search Analyst at OrangeSoda. Within 6 months I was running our department's daily trainings and had a team of 3 junior analysts.I went on to manage all SEO, Paid Search (PPC), Affiliate Marketing, and Social Media for glasses.com, a sister company of 1-800 CONTACTS. I was very fortunate to land a role that allowed me to expand beyond search marketing. At this same time, I attended MBA school full-time. I graduated with my MBA from the University of Utah in 2013.Since graduating, I have expanded my marketing skills but even more importantly my leadership knowledge and skill set. Growing teams and leading people is one of my favorite things to do.I had the opportunity to grow the Paid Media team from just me to five awesome media buyers at 97th Floor. I headed up all customer acquisition efforts for Nature’s Sunshine for a little over a year as they were looking to go DTC.I'm currently running the day-to-day operations at Wallaroo Media, the best digital marketing agency in Utah. We specialize in scaling ecom brands by putting creative strategy first. I've loved building our team with incredible people that care deeply about our clients and our team.My deepest passions lie in my relationships with everyone around me.
