•Define and manage promotional development and implementation activities, timelines, reviews, and approvals.•Lead project initiatives across several elements of the marketing mix, interacting with and managing other functional teams within the glasses.com organization to deliver against business objectives.•Assist with the planning and execution of traditional (television, print, radio, OOH, PR) and non-traditional (social, search, guerrilla, online, video) marketing strategies to launch and grow a new line of business.•Work with our internal merchandising, e-commerce, content, finance, and marketing teams, as well as vendors, to build a holistic sales/promotional strategy and calendar that activates consumers and delivers incremental sales impact and gross margin•Manages creative for assigned marketing efforts, collaboratively working with our internal creative team, other functional teams, and outside agencies.•Monitor all work in progress, and proactively communicate and follow-up on issues when they arise.•Use strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to asses program performance and identify opportunities for increased performance•Proactively and regularly report on performance of designated programs, and deliver comprehensive recommendations to guarantee performance falls within designated budgets.
