I have always had a passion to understand the complexities of how something works. With 30 years in manufacturing, I have learned that people can be the most challenging and also the most rewarding. The first sixteen years of my career I became educated in many different aspects of manufacturing beginning with welding and fabrication then gradually moved into quality, sales and engineering coupled with project management. In 2006 I moved into operational and quality management while serving on a Leadership Review Board. For the next several years I focused on managing and leading others. People and culture are very important in any organization and I sincerely enjoy coaching and assisting people in accomplishing their personal and professional goals. I have a passion to see others with drive and ambition succeed and try to cultivate an environment where people enjoy coming to work. Colleagues know me as an analytical type with a strong desire to provide an atmosphere for identifying new and different ways of overcoming difficult challenges by utilizing teams and diplomacy. With an analytical and engineering mind set, I prefer to collaborate and bring people together on projects while providing the team with guidance and empowerment. I am detail-oriented, very intuitive and enjoy inspiring and motivating others with positive communication. I use data to assist in making sound business decisions and effectively make best use of time in order to move the needle.I lead with respect and practice the "Do Unto Others" philosophy.
