Responsibilities include supporting the photographer with prepping/breaking down the set for the day, oversight of Capture One on-set, checking for proper ISA/Camera format/ICC profile, and processing images accordingly, serve as second eyes to the photographer by checking for focus and ensure color consistency/color balance/exposure/curves, assist the photographer in problem solving issues with the camera/computer/software programs/lighting power packs, and maintaining the workflow that insures completing the daily production requirements. When working in the retouching department, responsibilities include retouching image files and maintaining image file organization.
