Led a team of 41 personnel comprising of technicians, engineers, and management ranging from journeyman to professional level in the development and installation of an average 6 modifications per year ensuring a near 100% network uptime rate. Modifications included both software and hardware programs supporting 219 user locations in the United States and Europe.
