Led all business development activities including: presentations to prospective clients, crafting projects and solutions, creating proposals, pricing projects and solutions, and proposal delivery, as well as developing additional business with existing clients. Served as liason between the ECM SBU and other Perficient SBU's in the West Region. Also maintained local relationships with key solution vendor partners such as EMC Documentum, IBM, and Interwoven.

Was responsible for managing and expanding the Enterprise Content Management practice for Fujitsu Consulting in the West Region. Led client engagements specializing in Records Management and Compliance solutions. Supported the Sales team in all business development activities including: pre-sales presentations with prospective clients, crafting projects and solutions, creating proposals, pricing, and expanding business with existing clients. Also maintained local relationships with key solution vendor partners such as EMC Documentum and FileNet.

Managed client relationships and engagements to help build the emerging High Technology practice at Niteo Partners, concentrating on Enterprise Content Management and Enterprise Portal solutions. Primary responsibility was developing a new Knowledge Management offering for the firm. Responsibilities included: leading pursuit teams to create and deliver proposals for project work with prospective clients and existing clients, crafting Statements of Work for new fixed-time, fixed-price engagements, and ensuring overall quality delivery of projects. Also worked with existing clients to develop roadmaps for future functionality and projects.

Managed the primary relationship between customers and Asera – a Kleiner Perkins backed software company that has developed an innovative B2B e-commerce platform. Managed and directed implementation projects to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet Professional Services profitability objectives. Directed project teams that conducted requirements gathering sessions, customized and deployed the Asera eBusiness Operating System for the customers’ marketplaces. Provided guidance and proven methodologies to translate customer business goals into project scope, project plan, schedules, solution design and delivery within project cost and time constraints.

Responsible for maintaining primary customer relationships in the E-Solutions practice at an international consulting firm. Worked with customers to structure, scope and plan new consulting engagements employing web-based solutions by explaining the CTP process and project methodology, listening to high-level business requirements, and understanding existing technological and political constraints. Also responsible for crafting statements of work, negotiating contracts, and setting customer expectations in terms of deliverables and schedules to help ensure customer satisfaction. Most CTP engagements were fixed-time, fixed-price in nature.

Responsibilities included: project assignment, technical consulting and coaching, recruiting and staffing, performance management and evaluation, salary administration, career planning, and skill development. Had direct responsibility for team utilization and quality assurance. Served as primary technical pre-sales resource to 10-member sales team (outside and inside sales).
