I started out in a small care center working directly with customers and quickly moved into an engineering role supporting the high speed internet product which at the time was served by 3 platforms; Terayon, COM21 and DOCSIS. This also included email, DNS, DHCP and home grown tools for customer support agents and regional engineers. When digital video started to gain popularity I was able to quickly step in an become a Motorola DAC administrator. Most recently I was responsible for both the Arris/Motorola DAC and Cisco DNCS platforms for Suddenlink. In the past years I also assumed the responsibility for the home security and automation platform, which included selecting a new platform, completing the integration work and getting the product launched.
