About Eric Edelstein

As the President of Reno Aces, I lead and manage all operations of the Reno Aces Baseball Club and Greater Nevada Field, as well as the land and property development for Simon Family holdings in Reno. I have over 25 years of experience in the business of community-oriented sports, and I have been recognized as a 20/20 Visionary Executive for Silver State, Executive of the Year, and Matt Minker Award winner for outstanding minor league affiliate employee.My mission is to create a community that people are proud to call home, by leveraging my expertise in multi-purpose facility management, professional progression, and social networking. I previously held a role at the City of Reno as an Assistant City Manager, where I lead strategic planning and policy for the relaunch of the Reno Redevelopment Agency after a 13-year dormancy. In addition, I have served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Reno, where I taught Sport and Concert Arena Management. I believe in getting comfortable being uncomfortable, doing the hard thing, and making it happen. I am always curious, optimistic, and accountable, and I welcome challenges, risks, and changes.
