I ran the field recruiting effort for the greater southwest United States for one of the largest brokerage firms in the country. I was involved in the recruiting and transition process of over $120 million of trailing twelve revenue into the full service, bank, and independent brokerage models during this time period.

Started my practice from scratch and grew it to over $1.5 million in annual revenue with over $200 million of investable assets at it's height. Worked for several major financial service firms prior to joing WFA, then named Wachovia Securities, in March of 2007.

I was an NCO and specialized in Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense. I graduated from Army Ranger School in 1988 and was awarded the Bronze Star during a combat tour with the 101st Airborne in Iraq.
