Support the creation and direction of Managed Accounts initiatives. This position would help in the creation of strategic, broad based managed account programs that would be directly correlated to both firm-wide and brokerage objectives. Responsibilities of this position would include partnering with key business leaders across the organization on creation and evolution of managed account strategies, internal and external communication, supporting subject matter experts and support our Trading and Operations teams as necessary to enhance Managed Account initiatives. The VP responsibilities further include partnering and execution of onboarding and client retention programs, tracking and measuring performance, and reporting back to Senior Leadership on the impact and results for all Managed Account initiatives.

As a project and program sponsor, I have led IT and Business teams to successful completion of over 25 SDLC projects of varied size and scope, on-time and within budget, while complying with regulatory requirements. Completed projects resulted in annual recurring savings of $10 million in market data expenses. Participation in annual strategic planning initiatives, monthly communication of Executive level decisions down to the Market Data department and other impacted business and IT departments. Influenced, maintained and managed relationships with Market Data vendors and Stock Exchange partners. Established data quality standards for all client-facing trade platforms. Responsible for $20 million in annual market data costs and proposed cost optimization recommendations where appropriate. Responsibilities included assisting Senior Management in implementing a formal PMO process to apply standard project management methodology to a corporate culture new to a formalized SDLC process.
