Einhart is a Partner with the law firm of Russo Law Group, P.C., Long Island's Signature Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Special Needs Law Firm with offices in Garden City, Islandia, Lido Beach, and Manhattan, New York. He earned his law degree at New York Law School, where he graduated Cum Laude.Eric is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey and has presented lectures, seminars, and webinars to both consumers and professionals locally and throughout the country on topics such as Elder Law, Special Needs Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Guardianship, Tax Law, and Real Estate.In addition to his legal practice, Eric is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and NY NAELA.
