As a leader on the team that built a new technology business based on the insights of ABCO’s flagship research organization, I managed a series of technology products through their design, launch, growth and margin expansion phases. I performed operational due diligence during acquisitions; created product roadmaps and product teams; built collaborative operating and client service teams that consistently hit their goals; took accountability for meeting P&L and operating targets; implemented technologies and process improvements to enable efficient scale; and always made sure the commercial team had the enthusiastic support it needed to drive revenue. Specific products and roles included:𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀: Launched and grew an SaaS analytical tool for medical group management to 100+ clients with ~$20M in recurring revenue. Partnered with ABCO’s management consulting unit to develop lightweight diagnostic tools and other joint products.𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀: Led operational due diligence and became post-acquisition GM for a referral workflow product. Rebuilt technology on scalable platform and pivoted product strategy to focus on ACOs. Developed network data visualization tools to derive insights from referral data.𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺: Led the team building a unified data management platform for the financial, administrative and clinical data consumed across 30+ technology and consulting products.
