I am a current FIU student who wants to work and flourish in the sports management industry. I've tried to work at every level of the industry, beginning with a customer service representative at my local gym. I was then promoted to both customer service manager and commission-based sales. This led to my next career, where I chose to work in house sales. This actually helped me grasp that sales was more than simply a discussion; it was a process that had to be followed throughout. These two professions have taught me what it's like to work with many diverse perspectives and have shaped me to work in sports. I am now working in facilities and game operations at Florida International University and plan to graduate in the spring of 2025.
