Lead a team of trainers and project coordinators for education and instruction in:Operation of an Avanti Service LiftFall Arrest, Rescue and Emergency Evacuation of a WTG.

o Point of contact for internal and external safety training assignments. o Instructor for 8.5 hour and 16 hour advanced fall arrest, rescue and evacuation courses. o Assists QMS (Quality Management System) in development and maintenance of ISO certification; 9000 / OSHAS 18000 for safety, training and human resources. o Provides technical services for Avanti work cage certification and training. o Wind turbine generators. Safety focus on electrical , mechanical and potent gravity energy ubiquitous to the towered system.

Self-started custom deck and carpentry business. Responsible for all aspects of business operations including sales, accounting, design, and crew safety. Trained, supervised and managed several employees and crews. Obtained State building licensing and Township and City building permits. Maintained supply channels over 10 years with a plastic lumber company in Lars / David, Inc. Generated contracted sales and performed installations. Construction of 75 composite decks under contract for a top southeastern Michigan development firm.

Self-started excavation and earthwork business. Responsible for aspects of the enterprise, including: Safety, mechanical maintenance, and operations on a backhoe excavator. Supervised and constructed various site development projects detailing storm water drainage, soil erosion prevention, foundations - concrete and rock structure. Skilled in arc and MIG welding. Experience in pruning and removal tasks for a variety of trees up to 100 feet in height.

Supervised on civil engineering survey crews. Developed knowledge of the civil engineering field, including drafting, site plan development, topographic surveying, and construction layout .

Electrical construction co-crew member for residential/commercial cables and wires.
